Danielle and Andrew’s Wedding at The Radnor

“My now husband and I were married on 3/3/18 at The Radnor Hotel, and it was everything we could have asked for and more! Dawn, our banquet manager, was extremely helpful from the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we left the next day. She was very sweet, attentive, and prompt at returning all of our e-mails. Dawn jumped right into planning less than 6 months before our wedding and was incredibly accommodating with all of our needs from food allergies to our guest’s hotel room locations. Everyone at the Radnor made sure that not only my husband and I were happy, but that everyone was enjoying our special day as much as us.

All of our wedding events took place at the Radnor, including the rehearsal dinner and the ceremony. Having everything at one place was perfect because none of our guests had to travel once they got to the hotel. Because it was the beginning of March and there was a major snowstorm that weekend, our ceremony was held indoors in the front portion of the ballroom, and the Radnor was able to quickly flip the ceremony room into the beautiful Grand Ballroom. Although it was super cold outside, we were still able to get beautiful pictures outdoors in the outdoor gardens. EVERYONE loved our wedding – I heard many guests say that everything was perfect from the ceremony to the reception.

Most importantly, the food was AMAZING. The Radnor went above and beyond when it came to the food! We were given a choice of over 30 Hors d’Oeuvres to choose from, along with many main course dishes (including vegetarian options). Chef Larry made sure everyone’s entrees were perfect and even took the time to sit down with us during our food tasting to ask if we had any questions. One of the best parts of our reception was the cake! The Radnor partners with a number of bakeries in the area and we were able to choose our cake from any one that we wanted. Ultimately, we went with Clay’s Corner Bakery in Berwyn. The Radnor and Clay’s worked very well together to make sure we had the perfect wedding cake. Overall, Thank you to The Radnor Hotel and their amazing staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to plan our amazing day.”
