Health & Safety Policies

Our Commitment

As we welcome you to The Radnor Hotel, we want to reassure you that the safety and well-being of our guests and staff continue to be our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment during your stay as we continue to exceed our high standards of cleanliness.

Hotel Safety & Cleanliness

  • All hotel staff receive training for sanitation and safety.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.).
  • The hotel HVAC system has been recently upgraded to maximize fresh air exchange throughout the building with enhanced filtration technology.
  • Credit card sales only at the Front Desk. No cash sales.

Guest Room Cleanliness & Housekeeping

  • Guest Rooms are receiving enhanced cleaning, including high-touch areas before your stay.
  • As we continue to rebound from the effects of the Pandemic, Guest Rooms will not be cleaned during guest stays of 3 nights or less.
  • Fresh towels and toiletries are always available upon request.

Food & Beverage Service

  • Glenmorgan Bar & Grill is open for dinner every day from 5 – 9 p.m.
  • A Grab & Go Breakfast Snack will be offered to all guests each morning.
  • Coffee and Tea packets are available with a coffee maker in your hotel room.
  • Complimentary Coffee served every morning in the Main Lobby.
  • The hotel’s full-service food and beverage operations will resume at a future date.
