Book your stay online. When you make a reservation, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you, along with a link for changing or canceling your reservation.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you request to change the date(s) of your stay, rates are also subject to change.
Tax on hotel rates is currently 9%.
We require a credit card number at the time of booking. Please understand that the credit card information you have provided will be used solely to guarantee the reservation. You will be asked to provide a form of payment upon arrival, except for Villanova Graduation Weekend. See below for details.

Reservations must be cancelled or modified no later than 3 p.m. EST 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid charges based on the room rate and dates of your reservation.

Certain Special Event dates, including Villanova Graduation and Family & Parent Weekends require the full amount of all charges for the entire stay to be prepaid in advance. These payments are non-refundable.
Your room will be available for check-in after 3 p.m. Should you arrive earlier, please be prepared to enjoy our facilities until your accommodation is ready. On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your room no later than 12 noon. We would be happy to store your luggage.
If you use a debit/credit card to check in, an authorization hold will be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount of your stay plus estimated incidentals. Such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer. The Hotel has no responsibility for any resulting overdrafts, charges or fees.
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart.
All requests for early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to availability and applicable fees.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. A fee of $500 per day is charged for smoking in the guest rooms.
Pets are not permitted. We are happy to offer information regarding nearby facilities.
Quiet Time is between the hours 10 p.m. – 8 a.m.
In order to provide our guests with a quiet and safe environment, we do not allow excessive noise or other disruptive behavior to take place in our guest rooms or in common area spaces.
Only registered guests may be in their guest room after 10:00 p.m. There should be no more than four guests registered at one time to a room.
Any infraction to hotel policy may result in the involvement of the Radnor Police Department.
