The rates you find on our website will be exactly the same as other hotel booking websites. By booking directly with us you make a difference to a local economy by keeping all of your travel dollars with a small, locally-owned, independent business.

Book your stay online. When you make a reservation, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you, along with a link for changing or canceling your reservation.

Policies

Health & Safety

As we welcome you to The Radnor Hotel, we want to reassure you that the safety and well-being of our guests and staff continue to be our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment during your stay as we continue to exceed our high standards of cleanliness.

All hotel staff receive training for sanitation and safety.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.).

The hotel HVAC system has been recently upgraded to maximize fresh air exchange throughout the building with enhanced filtration technology.

Credit card sales only at the Front Desk. No cash sales.

Rates

Rates vary seasonally. We will be happy to quote you the best available rate for the dates you require. Special Group, Corporate, Weekend, or Holiday rates are also available. If you would like more information, please contact us.

Reservations for special event dates may not be available or honored online without pre-authorization. These reservations will have specific policies and rates. Once the reservation is requested, we will follow up to confirm the policies and rates.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you request to change the date(s) of your stay, rates are also subject to change.

Tax on hotel rates is currently 9%.

Guarantee

We require a credit card number at the time of booking. Please understand that the credit card information you have provided will be used solely to guarantee the reservation. You will be asked to provide a form of payment upon arrival, except for Villanova Graduation Weekend. See below for details.

Upon check-in, your credit card is authorized for your room and tax charges as well as a $50 per night incidental hold. Any unused balance is released by the hotel upon check-out.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Cancellations

Reservations must be cancelled or modified no later than 3 p.m. EST 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid charges based on the room rate and dates of your reservation, unless your reservation required non-refundable payment or is part of a Wedding or Social Group Block.

Minimum Stay Reservations cannot be modified to less than the minimum stay requirement, but can be otherwise modified or cancelled in full during the allotted cancellation period, unless your reservation required non-refundable payment.

Wedding and Social Group Block Reservations must be cancelled or modified no later than 3 p.m. EST seven (7) days prior to arrival in order to avoid charges based on the room rate and dates of your reservation.

Other Contracted Group Blocks are subject to specific cancellation policies detailed in the contract.

Certain special event dates and discounted rates may require the full amount of all charges for the entire stay to be prepaid in advance. These reservations are non-transferrable and payments are non-refundable.

Please note that reservations made online must be cancelled online. Cancel your reservation online.

Check-In

Your room will be available for check-in after 3 p.m. Should you arrive earlier, please be prepared to enjoy our facilities until your accommodation is ready.

If you use a debit/credit card to check in, an authorization hold will be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount of your stay plus estimated incidentals. Such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer. The Hotel has no responsibility for any resulting overdrafts, charges or fees.

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access.

All requests for early check-in before 3 p.m. are subject to availability and applicable fees.

Check-Out

On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your room no later than 11 a.m. Later departures may require reserving an additional night to guarantee access to your guest room until you depart.

All requests for later check-outs than 11 a.m. are subject to availability and applicable fees.

Housekeeping

Guest Rooms are receiving enhanced cleaning, including high-touch areas before your stay.

Guest Rooms will not be cleaned during guest stays of 2 nights or less as we continue to rebound from the effects of the Pandemic.

Fresh towels and toiletries are always available upon request.

Smoke-Free

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. A fee of $500 per day is charged for smoking in the guest rooms.

Pets

Pets are not permitted. We are happy to offer information regarding nearby facilities.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Time is between the hours 10 p.m. – 8 a.m.

In order to provide our guests with a quiet and safe environment, we do not allow excessive noise or other disruptive behavior to take place in our guest rooms or in common area spaces.

Only registered guests may be in their guest room after 10:00 p.m. There should be no more than four guests registered at one time to a room.

Any infraction to hotel policy may result in the involvement of the Radnor Police Department.

The following consequences may/will occur to YOU should you or your guests create excessive noise and/or take part in disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests:

  • You will be responsible for the loss of revenue and damages due to creating excessive noise or disruptive behavior.
  • Appearance in local civil court: Estimated hearing date Is three months from today.
  • You may be asked to leave the hotel.
  • Citation for disorderly conduct: Estimated fine is $500.

Food & Beverage

We comply fully with the laws and guidelines set forth by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB). Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We are committed to the responsible service of alcohol and we do not serve shots.

Glenmorgan Bar & Grill service hours of operation and menus are subject to change at the discretion of Management to ensure 100% compliance concerning responsible service of alcoholic beverages according to PLCB regulations.
