Treat your loved one to a decadent Valentine’s Day Dinner in Glenmorgan Bar & Grill at The Radnor Hotel. Executive Chef Bob Williams has crafted a special menu for couples to celebrate the occasion on Tuesday evening.
Begin the celebration with a glass of champagne, then split a few small plates with your date and share bites of Applewood Bacon-Wrapped Pork Filet Mignon and Coconut Crusted Jumbo Shrimp.
Move on to the main course and select from a variety of specialties that are sure to please, including Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops with creamy lobster and goat cheese polenta, sautéed arugula, and lobster nage, Coq Au Vin with seared chicken breast, roasted leg and thigh, fingerling potatoes, haricot verts, and red wine sauce with mushrooms and pearl onions, and a hearty Braised Lamb Shank in a rich natural reduction, with saffron risotto and wilted chard.
To finish, order another glass of the bubbly and indulge in a special dessert like the Flourless Chocolate Torte with raspberry coulis, whipped cream, and chocolate truffle, or the Pecan Sweet Potato Bread Pudding with vanilla bean ice cream.
